EMEA Head of Global Benefits & International Wealth

We are looking for someone with significant experience in the Multinational Client segment to lead our combined Global Benefits and International Wealth Businesses in EMEA.

This role will be responsible for the existing clients, inbound and outbound revenues, execution of our new delivery model, client retention, building relationships with our regions largest clients, growth targets, consulting revenues and new client acquisition.

What the day will look like

Client Retention & Client Growth

  • Build relationships with the regions largest clients driving retention and strong client feedback
  • Work closely with regional leaders to implement the global client delivery model
  • Work with countries and commercial functions on in country growth plans
  • Build strong relationships with local Health and Wealth leaders and teams on inbound revenues
  • Ensure adequate resourcing
  • Drive consulting and ex pat revenues in the region
  • Ensure robust reporting of revenues, pipeline and build a strong communication channel with region leaders and country CEO’s
  • Drive targeting new logo opportunities for global benefit (including International Wealth) sales, using the full breadth of Aon’s current relationships to expand new business.
  • Attend industry events and work with marketing and regional leadership to expand market presence and brand recognition

Culture:

  • Build internal awareness of Global Benefits & International Wealth within the region
  • Leverage resources to meet client demand and to enable personal colleague growth across the HC MNC segment, and in partnership with domestic Health & Wealth teams.
  • Build a combined brand for EMEA GB & IW across all of Human Capital whilst maintaining the specialisms in Health & Wealth.
  • Contribute to building Aon’s GB & IW narrative both internally and externally.
  • Drive a growth mindset across the GB & IW team

Clients/Stakeholder Groups

  • Personally meet and build relationships with the largest regional clients and prospects.
  • Connect with key member groups e.g. ECG, ACL, CCO community
  • Raise awareness of GB & IW capabilities within region

Commercial

  • Work with the GB & IW CCO/EMEA Leader to set targets, establish regional / country plans
  • Proactively run pipeline and communicate this within region and countries
  • Ensure a client centric and Aon United mindset across the team
  • Lead client pitches

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Ten plus years multinational client experience and global benefits/international wealth knowledge
  • Exceptional consultative skills
  • Demonstrates high quality client interaction and comprehensive sales/client growth
  • Strong connections with key region partners and key stakeholder groups
  • Strong collaboration and team mindset, willingness to partner and lead through influence across different parts of the organization
  • Participates in external marketing/client events representing Aon in the market
