Head of Growth

I am recruiting for a Head of Growth for an initial 12 month FTC who will play a pivotal role in leading a team to drive web traffic, generate leads and create opportunities. You will be responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the companies marketing efforts by implementing data-driven strategies and optimising marketing campaigns. The role of Head of Growth collaborates closely with and relies on the expertise of the Head of Brand and Content to execute content strategies in support of acquisition and retention as well as provide creative and content support for campaigns paid media and more! For this role you need to have in depth PPC, SEO and Email marketing experience with the ability handle big PPC budgets.

Key Duties:

** Design, build and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing plan

** Taking ownership of the customer acquisition channels- Paid, Paid social, SEO, display ads, affiliate marketing etc

** Own and improve the conversation rates from prospect to customer

** Understanding user behaviour and marketing trends with the Marketing Optimisation Manager

** Identify and rest growth levers, analyse results and scale initiatives

** Support the Group Marketing Director in the Group Strategy

** Maintaining a min 3-month rolling plan of campaigns

** LIasing with the groups various internal and external experts

** Ensuring 3rd party agencies are effective

** Develop a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team

What we need from you:

** 10 years in Growth Marketing

** Proven experience in successfully managing paid marketing budgets

** Highly familiar with Hubspot

** Commercially focussed

** Strong analytical skills

** Excellent presentation skills

** Past management experience

** Experience in developing SEO strategies

** Meticulous attention to detail

** Strong Microsoft Office Suite
