We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Operations who will pioneer innovative HR strategies and oversee the delivery of a comprehensive HR operations and payroll service to the organisation.

Our client is a financial services organisation of circa 2,000 employees renowned for its commitment to exceptional service and robust business ethics.

Description

· Sitting on the HR leadership team reporting into the Chief People Officer

· Heading up a team of circa 14 across HR operations & payroll

· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy

· Significant focus on automation and efficiency, and the enhancement of the employee experience

· Supporting the implementation of workday

· Responsible for annual audits and control assurance.

· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Profile

A successful 'Head of HR Operations' should have:

  • Proven experience in managing HR Operations at a senior level
  • Experience of managing a payroll team
  • Workday experience is desirable
  • Transformation experience of process efficiencies
  • People-oriented and results-driven approach
  • You do not need financial services sector experience
