National Remit

6 month FTC

£75-£85k

HQ Based - South-East England

Calling experienced HR leaders from the Retail sector. Resourcing4HR are delighted to be partnering with a brand led retailer who is still growing in this challenging marketplace. A national remit, you will lead two HR Business Partners in delivering a best in class service to the employee base.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, with a line into the Head of HR, this role has lots of autonomy, alongside ability to partner with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leaders. Pace is fast and the environment is an ever changing world so ability to understand organisation change and design is important and and a flexible approach to delivery is key to this roles success.

Key Background

  • CIPD Qualified
  • Extensive experience gained in the Retail HR arena
  • Experienced manager of people
  • Generalist HRBP background - both operational and strategic OD and change experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Open to a national remit (travel essential)
