Head of HR
SRM Recruitment are working with an organisation committed to creating a high-performing and inclusive workplace. The company has quickly grown over the last couple of years and are looking for an experienced Head of HR to join them.
As the Head of HR, you will establish yourself as a trusted partner, providing expertise and solutions on a wide range of people-related matters. You will have the opportunity to implement and streamline processes, work on various projects, develop the HR team, and influence key business decisions.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to colleagues at all levels, helping them navigate business changes.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, supporting the Talent Acquisition Advisor to ensure a resilient and high-performing workforce.
- Lead and inspire the HR team, fostering talent through coaching and personal development.
- Offer expertise in performance management, employee relations, recruitment, and organisational development.
Person Profile :
- Proven experience working in similar HR roles
- Experience coaching and developing team members
- Broad understanding of HR functions, including learning and development, reward, talent management, and employee relations
- Experience in a fast-paced, transformational environment with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- A strategic thinker with a practical approach to implementing people solutions
