Your new company

I have partnered with a scientific organisation who are looking for a Head of HR to join their team. You will be based in Oxford on a hybrid basis, travelling to their offices 2 - 3 days a week. You will be responsible for driving a high-performance culture within the business to drive further success.


Your new role

You will work effectively as part of the Senior Leadership team supporting the CEO to implement and maintain a wide range of HR policies and practices to support growth throughout the organisation. You will be responsible for supporting the further development of the team by providing a transparent process that enables employees to do so. You will be supporting the leaders in the business by developing and enhancing the talent management and succession planning processes.


What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you have experience within a Life Sciences organisation and be a hands-on individual, who can work in a standalone capacity and is confident in presenting both to the Board and to colleagues within the organisation.
