A successful and well-established organisation based in Poole, Dorset has approached CMA to assist them with the appointment of a Head of HR to join their team on permanent basis.
Reporting to the Managing Director the role is responsible for overseeing HR management and focussing on building a strong culture and enabling organisational change.

What will the Head of HR role involve?

  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance and good practice;
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies and Talent management;
  • Responsible for performance management and enhancing effectiveness;
  • Training and development, design and delivery to support employee growth

Suitable Candidate for the Head of HR vacancy:

  • Ideally qualified to level CIPD 5 or 7;
  • Extensive experience in HR management and HR laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in culture change, ideally in an international role
