The client is a well known UK brand with sites across the UK.
Description
As Head of HR, you will be responsible for;
- Developing and implementing the People Strategy alongside the CPO
- Manage the HR team
- Partner with Executive Leadership Team and provide advice, guidance and support
- Support with Leadership Development Programme
- Budget Management
Profile
The successful candidate will have;
- Proven track record operating at a Senior leadership level within HR, ideally 'Head of' or 'Senior BP' or 'HR Director'
- CIPD qualification
- Proven track record partnering with C suite population
- Self motivated to keep abreast with latest HR trends, best practice and changing government legislation
- Strong line management and leadership development skills
- Ideally with experience in a fast paced, predominantly blue collar environment such as logistics, manufacturing, retail, health care or similar.
Job Offer
On offer for the candidate;
