The client is a well known UK brand with sites across the UK.

Description

As Head of HR, you will be responsible for;

  • Developing and implementing the People Strategy alongside the CPO
  • Manage the HR team
  • Partner with Executive Leadership Team and provide advice, guidance and support
  • Support with Leadership Development Programme
  • Budget Management

Profile

The successful candidate will have;

  • Proven track record operating at a Senior leadership level within HR, ideally 'Head of' or 'Senior BP' or 'HR Director'
  • CIPD qualification
  • Proven track record partnering with C suite population
  • Self motivated to keep abreast with latest HR trends, best practice and changing government legislation
  • Strong line management and leadership development skills
  • Ideally with experience in a fast paced, predominantly blue collar environment such as logistics, manufacturing, retail, health care or similar.
