About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to lead our Humanities Department. The role is a full-time position starting in September on a temp to perm contract. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and personal development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing the Humanities Department
* Developing and implementing the curriculum
* Inspiring and motivating students and staff
* Ensuring excellent behaviour management
* Communicating effectively with students, staff, and parents
* Demonstrating outstanding leadership skills
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Humanities teacher
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent behaviour management abilities
* Exceptional communication skills
* Enthusiasm and a passion for education
