Head of Learning and Development

  • My client are a multisite company based out of Bristol , successful and growing at speed with clients and customers across the UK . They have a new role as Head of Learning and Development to help their staff of all levels be excellent at what they do starting with apprenticeships , right up the ladder and getting the best out of their people managing change and aiming to be the best they can

Summary

  • Working with the Director of People and the business partnering team responsible for creating a development and engagement strategy for people and teams across England .
  • Development of development Programme focusing on behavioural change
  • Supporting the delivery of change initiatives within the team ensuring change is delivered effectively to create lasting impact.
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring that training competence is effectively managed.
  • Responsible for the leadership and development of a small team

Experience:

  • This role is a strategic role, so previous experience of setting out a path to excellence within the workforce
  • Experience of change management
  • Highly organized and innovative.
  • Ability to challenge the norm to get the best out of people
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
