I am currently recruiting for a Head of Legal on behalf of my client, a forward-thinking Law Firm based in the heart of Gloucester. My client, renowned for its expertise in Equity Release, seeks a highly experienced Residential Conveyancer to steer its legal division as Head of Legal.

This role comes with a fantastic market leading salary and a great benefits package including a generous bonus structure and hybrid working.

The chosen candidate will be entrusted with a pivotal role, providing technical legal guidance and fostering the professional growth of a talented legal team. With a minimum of 7 years' experience managing a complex residential conveyancing caseload, the ideal individual will possess a deep understanding of sale, purchase, remortgage matters, leasehold, lease extensions, and unregistered properties. While familiarity with equity release is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

As mentioned above, this role comes with fantastic benefits such as hybrid working, ample annual leave, life assurance, health care cash plan, and a suite of additional perks including study support and employee recognition awards.

This is more than a career move; it's an invitation to become part of a legacy, to shape the future of legal services, and to thrive within a culture that celebrates success at every turn.

To find out more about this excellent opportunity, apply below or alternatively you can send me an email with your CV at or give me a call on and I will be happy to provide you with further information.
