Salary - £38,000 - £40,000

Our client is a leading property investment and lettings/management company, established in 1985 based very close to Oxford St and dealing in London’s prime postcodes. They are an award-winning agency handling residential and commercial lettings, property management and property development and have extensive links with corporations and embassies and are seeking a mature, experienced, and well-organised Head of Maintenance & Housekeepingto manage their in-house teams.

This role will see the candidate reporting to the Directors whilst also liaising with Heads of Departments, contractors, developers, and tenants regarding logistics, procuring materials and access arrangements

Candidates will need to have at least 3 years’ proven experience working in high-end apartments/hotels, be able to demonstrate an excellent command of written and spoken English, a confident telephone manner and the ability to relate to all people.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in MS Word, Outlook and Excel;
• Attention to detail, organisation and the ability to multitask effectively;
• Strong management skills;
• Focused and co-ordinated;
• Excellent work ethic - punctuality and reliability;
• Excellent communication, telephone & customer service skills

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday plus a Saturday rota but you must be willing to be flexible during emergencies or peak periods.
