Head of Marketing - BTR

Carter Murray is working exclusively with one of the largest privately owned property businesses in the UK to recruit a Senior Marketing professional into an already impressive marketing function. Reporting straight into the Marketing Director, the role will be responsible for setting and implementing the residential marketing strategy for all projects across the sales and built to rent market.

Responsibilities;

• Deliver residential marketing campaigns to expected high standards, on time and on budget, as well as managing day-to-day marketing activity for UK and International campaigns
• Manage all aspects of budget control including forecasting, cash flow and keeping spend logs to assist financial reporting
• Lead on design, delivery, management and maintenance of show apartments and marketing suites as and when required, alongside the Sales and Delivery teams
• Work with the asset management and customer experience manager to ensure the communication and experience from reservation to becoming a resident is seamless
• Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities
• Developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements;

• Ideally 10 years' experience in the delivery of residential marketing strategies including market sale and build to rent
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies
• Knowledge of design programmes such as Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign a bonus
• Good knowledge of delivering curated, well designed content via print, web, digital and social media environments to meet business needs
• To understand the current environment, be sensitive to future marketing trends and embrace new technology and innovative thinking where appropriate
