An incredible opportunity for a highly innovative and detail-oriented Head of Marketing to work for a growing and developing music and entertainment company with a focus in electronic dance music.

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns to grow artist brands, increase audience engagement, and drive revenue through streaming, merchandise, live events, and partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow artist brands and maximise engagement across digital and traditional platforms
  • Leading social media strategy and content planning for artists, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence
  • Overseeing and managing digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, DSP promotions, and influencer partnerships
  • Collaborating with PR teams, creative agencies, and record labels to align marketing efforts with release cycles and major events
  • Analysing data and audience insights to optimise campaign performance and identify growth opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Detailed experience in marketing within the music, entertainment or creative industries
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing, streaming platforms and social media trends
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads and other digital ad platforms
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions
