Are you an experienced marketing or content lead with experience owning and optimising large scale B2C websites? 
Passionate about industries that offer customers something exceptional and life changing?

We are looking for someone with an eye for analytics and conversion, to head up the website marketing team for a fast growing B2C tech company in the education space. 

This is a DACH focused role, working for a forward thinking remote first organisation.

What you'll do

- You'll own the core customer facing website, ensuring users have the most relevant and up to date content, working with cross-functional teams to ensure conversion rate optimisation.
- Together with your team, you'll determine the user flows, look and feel of the product presentation, content & messaging, working closely with the core marketing team to ensure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate improvement areas with the development, CRM, web analytics, CRO and sales teams through the insights you'll bring from continuous analysis and reporting of key metrics.
- Create and manage the testing roadmap for the website, with qualitative and quantitative elements through user research and A/B testing.

What you'll bring

- Solid experience within a B2C environment of either content or marketing management
- Excellent ability to empathise with users and an ability to identify how messaging and web content can best drive results from digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills. You're KPI focused and are familiar with tools that drive insights from web analytics and CRO.
- Empathetic leader who enjoys supporting and motivating a team
- Confident stakeholder manage who is ready and willing to build relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Fluent German and English is a must
