Head of Marketing

Watford & Milton Keynes

£65,000 - £75,000

Exciting opportunity to join the award winning leading publisher and supplier of greeting cards to retailers across the UK. A key leadership role, the role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies enabling continued sales growth, and expanding brand reputation and relationships with loyal customers. The successful candidate will also lead the vibrant Marketing department and collaborate with stakeholders to help deliver objectives and uphold the Company values.

Responsibilities include :

*Strategic Planning. Developing and implementing online and offline channel plans, including social media, events, PR, editorial and partnerships

*Brand Management. Ensuring consistence across all marketing communications across all platforms

*Sales Growth & Campaigns. Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and events

*Public Relations. Cultivating relations with Industry trade press, stakeholders, customers and licence partners

*Team Leadership. Lead, develop and mentor the Marketing Team, maintaining and developing a collaborative and successful culture

*Budget Management. Build and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximise ROI
