Job Title: Head of Marketing

Salary: £50,000 Neogtiable depending on experience

Location: Halifax

Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing professional to join the business and drive the team to promote the brand in the market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step up in their career and really put their own stamp on it.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to meet the Company’s ambitious growth plans, evaluating the current and future market conditions, of the customers and competitors
• Manage and market multiple products and offerings under the companies brand
• Manage multiple marketing requests and turn these around quickly to a high standard
• Understand and own the current brand, helping develop a long term plan and promoting it
• Enhance lead generation across all areas of the company
• Manage, inspire and direct a small marketing team, prioritising tasks and projects appropriately
• Report to the board on a regular basis
• Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets
• B2B focus
• Manage external partners

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience managing multiple brands simultaneously, or distinct divisions and have the ability to juggle services across the same set of customers.
• Have experience in brand strategy and up-to-date marketing tactics
• Have experience working within a high revenue business
• Digital marketing experience
• Have lead generation experience
• Have campaign marketing experience
• Be a self starter who is robust and resilient
• Have a can do approach
