Salary: £80K - £90K + Competitive Package

About The Company:

Our client is a growing UK Engineering Consultancy organisation, who have ambitious growth plans to reach a £50M turnover by 2030. They are looking to more than double in size and continue to expand their service offerings that currently include project design, flood risk management and surveying for their clients within the civil engineering and construction space.

Following continued investment, they are looking to establish a new geotechnical and environmental monitoring division to the business and are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual who can head up this function.

Head of Monitoring – The Role:

This is integral role for the business as they look to drive growth through the expansion of their monitoring service. You will be responsible for ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective sales and projects, excellent customer service and product delivery culminating in developing a ‘best in class’ monitoring function.

Head of Monitoring – Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in order to drive growth of the division

- Ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard with all customer expectations met

- Identify, develop and nurture key accounts for the monitoring division

- Work with other areas of the business to develop and cross-sell other services

- Develop competitive pricing structures for key accounts and prospective clients

Head of Monitoring – You:

- Proven experience and knowledge of the monitoring space, and ideally wider civil engineering and construction sectors

- Proven track record in business development, with experience of engaging with individuals at all levels

- Be a strategic thinker with the ability to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities

- Ideally have membership in a relevant industry body
