Head of Mortgage Administration role

An independent brokerage based in Bath are looking to expand their already dynamic team with an experienced head of Mortgage Administration.
You will be responsible for managing a team of two administrators alongside a pipeline of mortgage and protection administration cases.
You’ll be working closely with the Advisers providing support on cases and assisting the administration team with any overflow to ensure targeted time to completion is met, you will also play a pivotal part in the ongoing growth and develop the administration team.

Head of Mortgage Administration key responsibilities

• Managing and leading the Administration team
• Completing 1-2-1 reviews
• Set and monitor performance metrics
• Managing a pipeline of cases
• Check compliance on cases
• Support the Advisers
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM
• Assist in the growth and development of the team
• Improve completion rates

Head of Administration desired skills and experience

• 5 years+ experience in management
• A natural leader
• Ability to grow and develop a team
• Keen attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience of Mortgage administration
• Knowledge of Insurance / Protection Administration
• Ability to manage a team alongside a pipeline of cases
• Proactive and motivated

Head of Administration package

• Salary £30K Basic
• Plus performance bonus £200 - £300 per month!
