Head of Neighbourhoods – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Merseyside Housing Association who are looking to recruit a Head of Neighbourhoods on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role offers £70,000 - £75,000 per annum with hybrid, flexible working.

Head of Neighbourhoods – Housing Association – About The Role:

• To provide leadership and take operational accountability for the direction, management, delivery and performance of the housing management team
• Ensure the delivery of high quality housing management services across the housing portfolio
• Uses data, insight and business intelligence to identify areas for change, innovation and continual improvements
• Drives the timely collection of rental income, anticipating and minimising any financial risks to the business
• Ensures the organisation receives proactive and expert ASB advice, that translates directly to front line services

Head of Neighbourhoods – Housing Association – What You Need:

• Demonstrable experience of delivering and managing Tenant services in the Housing Association sector
• Significant and demonstrable experience of being a in senior managerial capacity in a related role
