Role Description

The Head of People Insights role guides LSEG towards its future goals through effective and ethical utilisation of people analytics and insights.

As LSEG continues to grow, we want to drive our people insights to level up our function and organisation towards a more agile, product-driven and customer-centred approach. We're on a mission to work more thoughtfully and even faster to minimise effort across the employee lifecycle using more powerful insights and solutions with strong forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our People Operations & Delivery team to lead the collection, storage, governance, management, and analysis of large datasets, using effective reporting to advise business decisions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people data and analytics strategy in alignment with LSEG's people and business strategy.
  • Develop and be responsible for implementation of strategies to improve data quality and integrity across all data sources, setting the data control framework for people data, ensuring a consistent methodology and alignment on data collection, definitions, metrics, and reporting across all tools.
  • Set and maintain effective data governance standards to ensure ethical use of people data.
  • Use sophisticated analytics techniques to gain insights into workforce trends and performance while leading all aspects of the people data queue, from process design to execution.
  • Support Talent and EDI Teams in the planning of the diversity plan explanation & execution.
  • Lead People Listening programmes, using active and passive listening tools to ensure we can use our colleagues' thoughts to advise future business decisions.
  • Demonstrate outstanding judgment and discretion when taking care of highly sensitive people data.
  • Develop quality training programs and an organisational change approach to improve adoption & business impact.
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • University degree or equivalent experience: industry qualification, graduate degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience leading people insights strategy and delivery in a large-scale organisation
  • Shown leadership skills including influencing at a high level and leading teams and partners to achieve a common objective.

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $0 - $0.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
