12 Month FTC - Head of Performance and Analytics

Up to £100,000

Remote, travel to Dublin is required

The Company:

One of the market leaders within the Gambling and Gaming industry are looking for a maternity cover 12-month FTC starting from now to join the team to do deep dive analysis on sporting performance. The role will be managing a small team of 3 and someone looking to make an impact quickly for a market leader.

The Role:

As a Head of Performance and Analytics, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding the performance of sales and why

- Answering business questions from multiple stakeholders through analytics

- Looking at the long-term strategy for the business

- Managing a small team

- Analysing the products they have and having a commercial mindset

Skills/Requirements:

- SQL experience

-Gambling/ gaming experience is desired

- Analytical mindset

- Strong communication skills

Interview Process:

1st Stage - 30-minute initial chat with the hiring manager

2nd Stage - 1-hour test with hiring manager and stakeholder
