Head of Performance and Analytics

Salary: Up to £100,000 and 20% bonus
Location: Remote with required travel to Dublin

A leading company in the Sports Gaming industry is seeking a Head of Performance and Analytics for a 12-month maternity cover role, starting immediately. This position involves conducting in-depth analysis of sporting performance and managing a small team of three. The ideal candidate will be able to make a swift and significant impact in a market-leading organization.

As the Head of Performance and Analytics, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating sales performance and identifying underlying causes
• Addressing business inquiries from various stakeholders through analytics
• Developing long-term business strategies
• Managing a small team
• Analyzing existing products with a commercial perspective

• Prior experience working in a marketing/analytics/product centred environment focusing on commercial and optimising performance.
• Experience in the gambling/gaming industry is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills
