Position: Head of Post Completion

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire Post Completion Department (UK and Overseas).
  • Lead and mentor the department, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Manage three department managers and align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the post-completion process, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
  • Improve processes for efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage outsourcing processes, ensuring integration with in-house operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain quality control procedures and conduct regular audits.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Manage communications with the Land Registry.
  • Present regular reports on department performance.
  • Address and resolve issues during the post-completion process.
  • Advocate for the Post Completion team within the organization.
  • Support colleagues with challenges and problem-solving.
Training & Development:
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Complete assigned training and attend training sessions.
  • Keep training records up-to-date.
Essential Skills:
  • Extensive experience in post-completion within the conveyancing sector.
  • Proven leadership in a legal or conveyancing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient with conveyancing software and IT systems
