Head of Post Completions

A leading property specialist Law firm is currently looking to recruit a Head of Post Completions to oversee the post-completion department and ensure smooth and efficient registration. 

As Head of Post Completions, you will be managing department managers, ensuring compliance with all Legal & lender regulatory requirements, responsibility of offshore PC team and communications with the Land Registry.

You must have significant experience in post-completion processes within the Conveyancing sector.

Duties Include: 

• Overall responsibility of the entirety of the Post Completion Department (UK and Overseas)
• Lead, mentor, and manage the post-completion department
• Provide leadership and direction to three managers within the post-completion department
• Oversee the entire post-completion process, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and promptly, including registration of property, handling of title deeds, and resolving any outstanding issues
• Continuously evaluate and improve post-completion processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and Client satisfaction
• Ensure the effective management of our outsourcing processes, maintaining high standards and seamless integration with our In-House operations
• Ensure all post-completion activities comply with Legal requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies
• Stay updated with changes in Conveyancing Laws, lender requirements and regulations
