The Job
They are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Product to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, passionate about developing innovative products that resonate with their customers. They pride themselves on their creative approach and commitment to quality. They are looking for a Head of Product to lead the product development team and drive the product strategy forward. As a Head of Product, you will be responsible for devising and executing the new product development calendar. You will manage the full product development lifecycle of their range, from concept through to launch, while ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends. This is a senior role with the sourcing manager and the head of creative reporting directly into this role. Additionally, the role entails the chance to expand and further develop the product department.

The Person
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product development within the Toy industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of product and packaging design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of agile development technology and methodology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage upwards.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically while also diving into details.
  • Experience in an international business environment.
