Job Title: Head of Production
Location: Netherlands
Reports to: Group Chief Product & Logistics Officer
Dotted Line: Local Managing Director

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Production to lead operations across our two key manufacturing facilities in the Netherlands. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving efficiency, performance, and strategic alignment within a fast-moving, quality-driven environment in the pet sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production operations across both sites, ensuring high standards of output, efficiency, and safety

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with supply chain and procurement teams, to ensure smooth and cost-effective production planning

  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity and streamline processes

  • Support the strategic transition of operations towards an extended production model

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards across the facilities

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple European business units to identify shared opportunities and implement best practices

  • Help align production goals with broader business objectives, supporting long-term growth and innovation
