Title: FF&E Head of Projects

Contract: Permanent

Location: Manchester

Salary: £60k - £70k + Car and Package (Negotiable)

The role:

An opportunity to join a market leading FF&E Fitout Contractor, working with some of the nation's leading building contractors to delivery state of the art educational projects.

The main aim of the role is to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. Additionally, this role aims to enhance the installation process and foster the growth and development of the project management and site teams.

What's expected from you:

  • Oversee and Manage a Team of Project Managers and Site teams
  • Develop and Implement Effective Pre-Site Setup Procedures
  • Create and Manage Project Programmes
  • Conduct Regular Valuations of Project Progress
  • Lead Delivery Management Efforts
  • Manage Applications and Approvals
  • Continuously Evaluate and Improve the Installation Process
  • Provide Leadership in Resolving Any Project-Related Issues
  • Foster a Culture of Teamwork, Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with Other Departments to Ensure Alignment of Project Objectives

More about you:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • FF&E Project Experience is desirable
  • Fit out experience is a minimum requirement preferably on Educational new build projects
  • Client facing working experience
  • Project programme tracking
  • Reporting directly to Operations Director
