Lutine Bell are looking for an experienced risk professional to join a Group-wide Risk Oversight team, specialising in Change and Transformation Risk. This high-impact role partners closely with the Transformation Office and major enterprise-wide programmes to provide independent risk oversight, challenge, and expert guidance on complex, strategic change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain change risk frameworks, policies, and training
• ?Provide independent risk advice on large-scale transformation projects.
• Build strong relationships across 2nd line functions and senior stakeholders.
• Monitor emerging risks and regulatory developments, ensuring compliance.
• Promote a strong risk culture aligned with Consumer Duty principles.

Attributes & Key Skills:

• Deep knowledge and experience in large-scale transformation/change risk in financial services.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and challenge constructively.
• Strong grasp of change methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
• Skilled in control design, IT risk, and managing risk appetite metrics.
• Ideally holds relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APMP, Lean Six Sigma).
