Head of Sales UK & Ireland |London | £90,000 - £100,000 | Car +Benefits

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales and expanding market reach? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven track record as head of sales? If so, we want to hear from you! The company prides itself on fashionable, yet technical footwear and fashion with a balance of style and function and they are looking to grow the UK Market.

The Role;

  • Develop and implement wholesale strategies to drive sales growth
  • Lead a team of 5 including sales, customer service and admin
  • Play a part in defining and contributing to the strategy, bringing in new ideas and ways of working
  • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team
  • Analyse market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Open up new markets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Reporting to VP of sales
  • Regular trips within Europe to the head office
  • Regular travel across the UK
  • Home working 1-2 days a week

The Person:

  • Proven experience in the sector of up to 10 years
  • Experience as head of sales in fashion, footwear, lifestyle, brands
  • Strong leadership and a management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret sales data
