Head of Social & Influencer

Blockchain Marketing Agency

London/Remote

£65,000 - £85,000

Salt have partnered with a fast-growing marketing agency on a mission to help blockchain companies reach their target audience.

This is a brand new hire in their small but ambitious marketing team to lead the strategy and execution of marketing some exciting blockchain projects.

The ideal candidate will understand how to use social media to strategically build brands, create attention and generate user advocacy on a large scale. You will know how to rapidly scale out social accounts, driving strong social proof and creating vibrant and engaged communities.

The Role:

·Own the development of a strategic social media marketing plan and its associated budget across campaigns and channels

·Lead the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform

·Work collaboratively with the Marketing Director to execute go-to Marketing strategies and constantly innovate and improve our ways of working

·Plan and manage campaign executions, on time, on budget, to scope

·Manage the social and community teams

·Negotiate deals with Influencers/KOLs to drive engagement and revenue with/for our projects and create a clear pipeline of deliverables and how we measure success.

The Person:

·Already at a Head of/Director level managing Social/Influencer function within crypto/blockchain/Web3 space

·Experience in managing multiple projects at once

·Web3 influencer / KOL experience

·Demonstrable experience in growing communities on Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Telegram

·Directly or indirectly managed junior team members

·Some experience in paid social is desirable
