ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Supply Chain to join a family run packaging manufacturer on a permanent basis.

As the Head of Supply Chain you will be responsible for stock management, procurement, and supply chain management programs to meet company

The Role:

* Overseeing and managing supply chain operations
* Implementing stock management strategies
* Creating quality control processes and procedures and training employees on specific standards
* Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
* Determining key supply chain KPIs and reporting on production results
* Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

Requirements:

* Experience within Supply Chain and Procurement with a proven track record
* Extensive man management skills.
* Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvement initiative.
* Must be able to identify risk and implement new procedures.
* Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management
* Experience in building and managing internal teams
