We are looking for an experienced Adviser who has a strong client following and is ready to be fully rewarded for their efforts. You will be fully supported by the Directorship team to build out your team with full back office and tech support.

This is an employed opportunity with expected earnings of circa £400,000 annually. There is a golden handshake for AUM moved across and at retirement from the firm.  

Responsibilities:

Lead the establishment and growth of the new Wealth Management office in London, contributing to the company's overall success.

Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high net worth clients, providing them with expert financial guidance and investment advice.

Build and lead a talented team of wealth managers, ensuring their professional growth and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in wealth management, with experience in a leadership or senior management role.

Strong track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth in the wealth management industry.

Excellent knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry trends, staying ahead of the curve to provide the best solutions to clients.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, offering a personalised and tailored approach to meet their financial goals.
