Typical responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop the team at the Lincoln Surgery.
  • Spearhead the continuous improvement of clinical standards and services.
  • Upskill colleagues to support the aim of being a centre of clinical excellence.
  • Be a key member of the surgery’s management team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant management experience in a surgery delivering gold standard evidence-based care.
  • Possess a high level of clinical expertise.
  • A natural leader with a proven track record of effective coaching and inspiring.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with outstanding attention to detail.

Ideally: Hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Veterinary Education.
