Health and Risk Consultant

Our client, a National General Insurance business, is looking to recruit a Health and Risk Consultant to join its Employee Benefits team in London.

You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, generally within the Asset Management industry. You will be expected to carry out client meetings both pre and post renewal; to enhance revenue from your accounts through the identification of existing business growth; be committed to the identification of up-sells and referrals and identify cross-sale opportunities for other divisions of the business. You will also need to ensure that service and fee plans are in place for all clients, maintain accurate MI in respect of client income, lapses and existing business growth and maintain evidence to ensure compliance with all agreed company standards and procedures.

The clients are generally based around London and the South East of England, hence it is important to be based in this location. Outside of this, once induction is complete and you are up and running, working arrangements are flexible.

To be considered, you will need to have been in a Health and Risk Consulting role for at least 2 years
