MAT COVER CONTRACT ROLE!!

Sheridan ward is excited to be working with a fast growing and well established company based in Twickenham currently, they are looking to bring on board a new Health and Safety Manager to join their friendly and supportive team!

They are looking for someone who has previous experience within a health and safety supervisor or manager level role!

They are also looking for someone who has a health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH and/or IOSH!

Health and Safety manager duties:

  • Schedule and create agendas for H&S Committee Meetings
  • Update H&S policies, Risk Assessments, Method statements, and process documentation
  • Schedule annual Audits and Fire Risk Assessment
  • Action any safety recommendations from insurers, landlord or local authority.
  • H&S onboarding for new employees
  • Conduct H&S inductions to new employees, visitors, contractors and subcontractors.
  • Arrange external training when required
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Managers
  • Oversee building management requirements
  • Oversee the reception area working closely with the Receptionist
  • More duties to cover on job description
