An impressive client of ours in the FMCG sector and they are looking to strengthen their them with a passionate and driven Health & Safety Officer. This will be a key role in ensuring the site is compliant with all aspects of safety, sustainability and compliance.

You will need ensure a safe and healthy work environment by the completion and regular review of risk assessments, auditing and investigations across all work machinery, equipment and operations. The role will involve proactively working on site teams to create a culture of safe, environmentally friendly practices across the organisation.

Working alongside the senior management team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing the company's health and safety policies and systems, and keeping up-to-date with all relevant legislation and ensuring quality is at the required standard.

Ideal Candidate:
* Experience as an Health & Safety Officer role in the FMCG Sector
* A passionate and strong communicator who is able to influence stakeholders to create a safe working culture
* Proactive rather than reactive to resolve issues from arising.
* NEBOSH & IOSH Certification
