We're looking for a Health and Safety ISO Officer to join the Risk and Compliance team and support the Health and Safety ISO Manager in driving regulatory excellence across our business.
About the Role
As Health and Safety ISO Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory policies, leading internal audits, and supporting ISO audit readiness. Your work will help maintain a safe environment for employees, suppliers, and stakeholders across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review internal health and safety processes across a defined geographical area
Conduct audits (desktop and on-site) of both internal and supplier locations
Identify and report key risks and findings to the Health and Safety ISO Manager
Provide practical advice on health and safety legislation and best practices
Contribute to monthly supplier reviews and cross-functional reporting
Investigate incidents or near misses, conduct root cause analysis, and monitor outcomes
Produce detailed monthly reports on health and safety performance
Travel to company sites for risk assessments and compliance checks
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
Experience with auditing and ISO standards (e.g. ISO 45001)
Analytical thinker with great communication skills
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Willingness to travel as part of the role
