Job description

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to patients in a healthcare setting
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of licenced healthcare providers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient information accurately and timely

Skills:
- Valid certification as a Healthcare Assistant
- Experience with MAPA/PMVA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression/Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently

Pay: £11.50-£16.00 per hour
