Health Centre Nurse

Location: Wimborne Minster

Salary: £21,469 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for a Registered General Nurse to join the School’s dedicated Health Centre team on a part time basis, providing high standards of nursing care to young adults aged 13-18 years during term time only.

The successful candidate will be required to work an average of 29¾ hours per week over a two week rota with shifts including Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and alternate Saturdays. Flexibility is essential and there may also be a requirement to work additional hours to cover absences within the team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous school nursing experience will be advantageous but they will also welcome applicants who have experience working in general practice, paediatrics, minor injury unit or A+E .
  • Applicants should be hard working and organised with a friendly and approachable personality.
