H&S Administrator
Part Time
25 hours, flexible on hours


Responsibilities:


* Assist the HSQE Director in maintaining the current HSQE Management System.
* Coordination and collation of records to support HSQ KPI submissions (e.g. Data on audits, accidents etc.)
* Prepare data for the HSQ monthly reports as required, supporting the HSQE Director.
* Maintain on-line records to support the Groups Management System processes.
* Coordinate and issue weekly site HSQ inspection schedules.
* Administer filing of HSQ project site records hard copies and Fieldview.
* Maintain the HSQE corrective actions records.
* Assist with the collation of records to support HSQE certification and award applications.
* Assist the HSQE Director in the preparation of responses to enquiries, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ's), etc.
* Comply with the Groups HSQE Management System.
* To review and audit the on-line project site files and report accordingly.
* To undertake other such administration duties which occur and as directed.


H&S Requirements
* Be aware of and work in accordance with the HSQE Management System.
* Act in a safe manner and not in a way to put any individual or yourself at risk of injury or ill-health.
* Be aware of your responsibilities to meet the company's HSQE objectives.


Experience/Knowledge Required:


The HSQE Administrator shall have as a minimum working knowledge of:
· Microsoft Office - Excel (ideally intermediate level), Word and PowerPoint.
· Excellent and demonstrable verbal and written communications skills.
· Experience in data entry and maintaining databases / CRM systems.
· Confident in producing reports via various methods, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
· Basic HSQE understanding
