Health & Safety Advisor - Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities as the Health & Safety Advisor

• Standards: Provide expert advice on health and safety standards and systems.
• ISO45001: Develop, coordinate, and deploy activities necessary to maintain a certified occupational health and safety management system aligned with ISO 45001.
• Coaching: Coach and support manufacturing teams in risk analysis techniques.
• Risk Assessments: Lead the preparation of targeted operational unit risk assessments.
• Training: Design and deliver training modules to promote safety awareness and compliance.
• Auditing: Conduct comprehensive HS audits and on-site inspections, identifying workplace hazards and proposing and implementing effective remedial actions.

Candidate Requirements - Health & Safety Advisor

• Qualifications: NEBOSH certificate and proven experience in manufacturing, recycling, construction, or plant sectors.
• Coaching: Demonstrates exceptional coaching skills and a commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
