HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER

Nouvo recruitment are working with a fantastic client based in North West London, who as a business have taken their sector by storm whilst going from strength to strength growing almost every day. As such they are looking to recruit a brand-new position to the business as a Health & Safety Manager

Objectives of the role

• To coordinate an integrated H&S framework and assist with solutions for improvement.
• To ensure H&S processes are in place to provide assurance of fully compliant
• Review and enhance the H&S procedure to keep ahead of the clients' requirements.
• Provide reports on portfolio FRAs, broken down into relevant sections
• Assess portfolio risks and overall compliance across the portfolio
• Develop plans to mitigate risks
• Advise on directing capital to projects based on risk
• Ensure the business is compliant and aware with GDPR

Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of QUBE computer system.
• Good understanding of property compliance legalisation and best practice
• Develop contractual relationship and services provided by specialist H&S and Fire Safety consultants.
• Ensure H&S policies and processes are in line with current legislation and best practice.
• Assist functional managers in H&S strategies and review the progress of compliance activities.
• Support managers in obtaining risk mitigation
• Maintain and review records of all incidents and accidents
• Ensure all H&S activities are compliant with current legislation and best practice.
• Review and ensure all properties have up to date H&S and FRA including appropriate signage.
• Manage electronic data and ensure e-mails and calls are responded within 24hrs.
• Maintain/create info packs to Operational Team on site and off site to demonstrate what
• Manage, support and assist the Facilities Assistant
