We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator for a vital role in the smooth running of our Worthing based Public Sector and Government organisation. The candidate will be responsible for a range of secretarial and business support tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Description

As a Healthcare Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting healthcare staff by managing schedules and appointments.
  • Handling sensitive patient data with strict confidentiality.
  • Maintaining orderly medical records and documents.
  • Coordinating with different healthcare departments.
  • Assisting in developing policies and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Providing administrative support to the medical team.
  • Managing patient communication, from queries to concerns.
  • Participating in healthcare meetings and taking minutes.

Profile

A successful Healthcare Administrator should have:
