Hours:

12-hour weekend day shift 3 weeks per month, Regular shift pattern.

Salary:

£11.45 per hour for Level 2, negotiable for Level 3 NVQ candidates

Job Scope:

We are in search of dedicated Healthcare Assistants for a beautiful care home located in Brighton and Hove. The company's mission is to provide the best possible care and ensure the well-being of both residents and staff, fostering a happy working environment where everyone can thrive. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, promote independence and life skills while ensuring safety and well-being, assist with personal care, medication, and daily activities, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will work closely with a dedicated home manager and a supportive team as a Healthcare Assistant.

Do you have?

  • Independent and confident
  • Willingness to administer medication or undergo training
  • NVQs and qualifications preferred but not essential; willingness to enrol in training programs
  • Caring and passionate
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • High level of cleanliness
