Overview:

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our night shift team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during the night.

Responsibilities:

- Providing home care services to patients in their residences

- Assisting with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and feeding

- Supporting patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises

- Creating and updating care plans based on individual needs

- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Assisting in the maintenance of a clean and safe care home environment

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 months experience in a care setting in the UK.

- Must have a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (or we can assist in applying).

- Valid care certificates.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
