Position: Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
Location: Nursing Home, Liverpool
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 8-8 shifts
Shifts Available: Days
About Us:
Howard Finley Care are working with a well-established nursing home committed to providing exceptional care and support to their residents. The team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those they care for, and we are looking for an experienced HCA to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Support residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide high-quality care.
- Engage with residents to promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a similar setting.
- Genuine passion for working with the elderly and providing compassionate care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
