As a Care Professional Coach, you'll leverage your extensive experience in health and social care, ideally at management or supervisor level, to mentor and guide learners through their apprenticeship journey. With a minimum Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification, combined with your practical expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of aspiring care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering apprenticeship frameworks to learners at their workplace
- Providing personalized support, guidance, and motivation to help learners achieve essential qualifications
- Assisting with the development of transferable skills, including Maths and English, where necessary
- Managing administrative tasks efficiently
- Minimum Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification
- Extensive vocational experience in relevant settings
- Previous experience in senior care roles
- Expertise in Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health and Social Care Settings
- Ability to work in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines
- Excellent communication and self-motivation
- Autonomy in work approach
- Experience in Work-Based Learning or education environments
- GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above) or equivalent
- Level 3 Teaching qualification (assistance provided for attainment)
