Job Title: Healthy and Modern Homes Manager
Contract Type:  Permanent
Salary:  £56,105 per annum
Working Hours:  35 hours per week
Working Pattern:   Monday to Friday
Location: London/ Hybrid this role can be based outside London

The difference you will make as a Healthy and Modern Homes Manager

You will ensure that the innovations in housing, wellbeing and asset management are used, to be sure that customers live in healthy homes that are fit for the future. This is a highly collaborative role, driving transformation through close working with external partners and a broad range of colleagues, drawing them together for a common goal. You will make measurable improvements in life outcomes and ensure customer’s homes are healthy by being energy efficient, free from damp and mould and other hazards and that customers have access to advice and support through internal teams and partner agencies.  

About you
We are looking for someone with 
  • Experience  of developing and delivering innovative delivery models that improve outcomes for customers. 
  • Knowledge of Healthy Homes 
  • Adept at working in a customer focused environment and engaging with customers and colleagues providing advice and support in how to achieve ambitious targets. 
  • Understanding of risk management, property management and property related compliance requirements.
  • A proven track record in developing skills and capacity to deliver change
