Job Description:
An established central heating and electrical installation company with over 40 years of experience is seeking an experienced Heating Surveyor to conduct central heating and boiler surveys for new and replacement heating systems in domestic properties across the South East.
About the Role:
The role involves conducting full gas surveys within domestic properties to prepare for first-time central heating installations or heating upgrades, ensuring all work aligns with client specifications. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately recording survey data.
- Agreeing on equipment and distribution locations with customers, adhering to manufacturer’s instructions and gas safety regulations.
- Designing system requirements and schematics, including heat loss calculations, materials lists, and CAD drawings, to ensure the correct sizing of appliances and emitters.
Requirements/Skills:
- Experience in Domestic Gas Surveying.
- Knowledge or experience with Heat Pumps (industry training will be provided).
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full, clean driving license.
- Domestic ACS gas qualifications, including CCN1 and CENWAT, are desirable but not essential.
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Sevenoaks, with reliable commuting or relocation before starting work required.
Preferred Experience & Certifications:
- Plumbing: 1 year (preferred).
- CSCS, Driving Licence, City & Guilds (preferred).
